Extrusion is our raw material. By working together with our customers during the design phase, Ateco is able to introduce innovative ideas early in the development of a component, helping to maximise the functionality of the aluminium profiles.
Ateco Industry offer a wide range of standard aluminium profiles and sheet. From aluminium flat and round bars through to angles and channels, we are confident that we will have the size and alloy which you require.
Our expertise and knowledge of working with aluminium allows us to suggest the best usage of complex shapes and features within the profile. This helps us eliminate machining steps, thus reducing the cost of the component.
Ateco is the only TURKEY aluminium stockholder with in-house CNC machining and fabrication facilities. In response to the needs of our customers’ needs, Ateco now has a comprehensive array of CNC machines at our second site in KOCAELI.
ENSPECTION & METROLOGY
It is true that “you can only make as well as you can measure.” Ateco has invested heavily over the last 2 years in on-line CNC part probing and portable CMM inspection arms. Now we can guarantee that the parts manufactured at Ateco meet the customers drawing and specification to ±0.01mm. With our PLC controlled automatic saws we can cut extrusion in lengths from 5mm to 8000mm to accuracies greater than ±0.04mm.
All stock items, we are proud to be able to deliver nationally to many of our customers within 24 hours of receiving their order from our 70,000 square foot distribution centre in KOCAELI.
